What's New:

  • Both pools are being rekeyed. Please exchange your old key at 16555 76th Place on:
    • Wednesday, May 16th — 5:00pm to 7:00 pm
    • Thursday, May 17th, — 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
    • Friday, May 18th, — 10:00 am to 1:00pm
  • Any homeowner who has not picked up a key on one of the above days may pick up a key at Community Development's office in Golden Valley during normal business hours.
  • You will need to sign the Tree Preservation Agreement in order to get a new pool key
  • New documents of the HOA BOD meetings have been placed in the BOD section of the intranet
  • Homeowner documents, HOA Board meeting minutes, and other documents can be found on the HOA Documents page, including the Minutes from the 2011 Annual Meeting.
  • Older news and other details may be found on the News Page

Building/Structural

  • Exterior Building Damage — ONLY that may compromise structural integrity of the building
  • Catastrophic Events — Tornado, Fire, Flood, damaging hail/wind, common area power outage
  • Water Intrusion — Pipe burst, ice dam, leaks into home or common areas, leaks from fire suppression

Common Area

  • Injury to Person
  • Pool — Compromise to structural integrity, filtration/sanitation issues
  • Irrigation malfunction — causing landscape damages, flooding/significant pooling of water
  • Vehicle— Blocking ingress/egress to homeowner garage
  • Snow Removal not completed — Only 10 hours after the completion of a 2-inch or greater snow event.

 

Architectural Review Committee

With the warm weather outside, you may be thinking of making some improvemnets to your home. Please review the rules regarding Architectural Review Committee Approval. Any fence, deck, retaining wall, patio or color change requires ARC approval.

Dues and EFT

Please make sure that you keep current with your dues, and the proper amount. Late fees will apply to dues which are paid at last year's rate. Quarterly dues are $185.00 per quarter for 2012.
